Fitness Kickboxing

Kickboxing refers to the sport of combining technique and style of boxing with kicking. Kickboxing is a standing sport and does not allow continuation of the fight once a combatant has reached the ground, although certain styles of Muay Thai make exceptions to this rule. It is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a full-contact sport.

Our classes are designed for fitness and fun while teaching authentic kickboxing technique and combinations. Unlike the traditional aerobics class where everyone is staying at the same pace, your intensity is determined by you and your partner. This makes the class great for everyone regardless or their age, fitness or skill level.

Come with a friend or on your own and we make partners once the rounds start, matching skill and fitness level as much as possible.
